By accessing or using WagDay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

WagDay is a platform for discovering and sharing pet-friendly places across New Zealand. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, photos, check-ins). By posting, you grant WagDay a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform. You must not post content that is false, defamatory, or violates any law.
5. Venue Listings
Venue information on WagDay is provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of opening hours, pet policies, or other details. Always confirm directly with the venue.
6. Intellectual Property
The WagDay name, logo, and all platform design elements are the intellectual property of WagDay. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, WagDay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
