Alex is absolutely amazing with my anxious border collie. He's never been great with groomers but Alex takes her time and really builds that trust. Cage-free setup means Biscuit is so much calmer than at any other salon.
One-on-one appointments are exactly what my dog needed. No distractions, no other dogs barking nearby, just focused gentle care. Came out looking incredible and actually seemed relaxed when I picked him up.
Finally found a groomer in Hamilton who truly understands nervous dogs. Alex is patient, professional and the home setting makes such a difference. The Mipuchi products smell wonderful too. Highly recommend!
