Waiata Reserve
A large off-leash dog park nestled in the heart of Remuera, featuring bush, rolling slopes, and large open grassed areas. Well-connected paths enter from Waimea Lane, Combes and Orakei roads, and Waiata Avenue, with seating along the way and a small stream for dogs to cool off in. Dogs are welcome off-leash at all times.

Great place, lovely atmosphere, many dog owners were friendly and we loved spending time with some of the dogs. Especially the 2 big dogs and 1 small jealous dog we met.
Good place to go, quite big, but don't bring your kids, there are lots of dogs not on lead
Love this reserve so much! Only 5 mins walk from home and once you get here you hardly notice you're in the middle of a busy Auckland Central suburb. Photos were taken today 23/04/2022 between 2:30pm and 4:00pm.
Good for a short off leash walk with your pup. Probably best used as a halfway point for longer walks with a small stream to cool off in.
